Guilt can come in many forms because it is a feeling, after all!When you feel guilty about something, you may start biting your nails, losing your appetite, or not being able to make eye contact with the person you wronged!

Aries(March 21 – April 20)

Aries is usually honest. He will speak his mind because he believes people deserve to know the truth.

That being said, just because he believes in honesty doesn’t mean he doesn’t sometimes feel guilty. Guilt he’d rather keep to himself than be honest about it.

He fully believes that the eyes are windows to the soul. When someone is lying to you, you can tell because they have a hard time looking you straight in the eye. When Aries is faced with the shame of guilt, he just can’t do it.

People know how he acts when he’s sincere (fierce eye contact), but when he’s feeling guilty, he really can’t meet people’s eyes.

Taurus(April 21 – May 21)

Guilt is a great source of stress for Taurus. When he feels guilty, he can feel it in his bones. It’s almost as if the weight of the world is on his shoulders, demonstrating how serious his guilt is.

And with all that stress comes a host of other symptoms, breakouts, insomnia, anxiety, that won’t go away until the guilt is dealt with.

These symptoms of stress and guilt may change, but one symptom always remains. When Taurus feels guilty, they will almost always experience a loss of appetite. Foodies by nature, people around will find this change strange.

Until he gets rid of the guilt, the Taurus will not be himself. 

The Gemini native likes to have fluid conversations, regardless of who they’re talking to. Anyone who knows him knows that he likes to communicate and is very sociable.

He can also be very temperamental and capricious. So if he feels guilty, his behavior may be inappropriate.

Although he’s known for being able to control his feelings more than anyone else, that doesn’t mean he doesn’t feel just as intensely as the other signs. When he feels guilty, he becomes extremely anxious.

His mind starts racing and he can become agitated and nervous. He tends to let himself be burdened by his own guilt instead of releasing it by being honest.
